Use of Our Services 

– All products displayed on our Instagram account are handmade and may have slight variations in colour, texture, and design. 

– Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

Orders 

– Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully received. 

– Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production begins. 

Payments 

– We accept secure online payment methods (UPI/Bank transfer/others you specify). 

– Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless otherwise stated. 

Intellectual Property 

All images, designs, and content shared under Gamah Fashion Decors are original works. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is not allowed. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Cancellations 

– Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped. 

– Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. 

Refunds 

– Refunds are issued only in cases of defective or damaged products (with unboxing video proof). 

– Refunds, after verification, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment. 

Exchanges 

– Exchange may be offered for size/design issues on select products, subject to return in unused condition and within 7 days. Buyer bears the return shipping cost. 

Shipping and Delivery Policy 

Domestic Shipping (India) 

– Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. 

– Standard delivery timelines: 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. 

– Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless specified as part of an offer. 

International Shipping 

– Available on request. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Additional customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. 

Tracking Orders 

– Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via Instagram DM/email. 

 Delays 

– Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors (courier delays, festivals, weather, etc.). Gamah Fashion Decors is not responsible for such delays beyond our control.
